Personal use means the drawing won't generate you any kind of profit, and is something you wish to have for personal enjoyment. Sharing on social media is ok as long as you credit in post.Commercial use is when you're using my artwork to make profit / selling it. that being said , besides my pngtuber model comms to twitch panels ( that's fully paid with its official pricing ) for streaming purposes , using my artwork(s) in all shapes & any form of profit is strictly prohibited (merch, AI art, cryptocurrency, NFTs etc.) though printing it and such for personal use is ok/gucci otherwise.

  • i will not accept nor start any commissions without references ( such as art done by urself / others , photos , pose refs , text descriptions , picrews, etc. as they are enough to count as refs to me ) AND payment ( as stated above )

  • after full payment, i will proceed to send a rough sketch / sketch on how the commission will look & you are free to ask for revises if you want it to look a certain way FOR FREE.

  • i have every right to refuse drawing commissions that isn't within my art skills or it's simply uncomfortable for me to draw.

  • pls let me know asap if there is a specific design choice / headcanon they have or something you wanted added in ( simple bg , decorations , etc ) or wear / have a different outfit , otherwise i’ll default to canon design!!

drawing format has no charge, just need to know specifics ! ( ex. bust to half body comms , most of my available comms options , etc ) as such ; simple , colored & transparent bg is free of charge too.prices may increase if the design of the character is heavy detailed / complex (ex. genshin impact , twst , idv , final fantasy charas, etc.) , thus i may request additional to the final pricing.to add another chara ( from a solo or pairing ) is limited up to 3 charas only.

  • i may or may not stream every art comms i have , though if you are uncomfortable about me doing so , please state so in dms or request form ( vgen exclusive ) !

  • minor changes in the middle / during commission progress , is 100% also free and shall do my best to adjust accordingly !

  • if asked to make major changes in the prior to nearing one's finalizing of ur commission , will cost you to pay extra & fully redoing is considered a new commission ( therefore, you are fully liable to charge as the original price, again. )

originally its thanks to me being a certified simp for yae sakura from honkai inpact 3rd ( plus miko in genshin ), it felt rlly personal to me as yae (八重 or やえ), which is the japanese word for “multi-layered” ( besides doubled to often in reference to flowers and well .. i’m a sucker for flowers ! ) or ya-ey for the sillies.however, i've long also like being simply addressed as "yay" , like the happy expression ( and also the name of my mascot chara form ) . either way, both is gucci / ok to call me by !
